JML Gifts accepts all major credit cards and paypal payments. All payments are securely remitted via Paypal.
JML Gifts offers a proof within 1-3 business days of your order submission, if you can kindly check your email and respond with any changes. We do our very best to be sure that we don’t make a mistake, but of course we are human and this system helps to double check that. We want to send your order to production and shipping as soon as possible so if you can respond to the proof as soon as possible that would be awesome! Remember, the sooner you give us a thumbs up, the faster it goes out the door to you!
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you want to make a change to your order please do so within 24 hours of the submission. OR if you want to make a change once you receive your proof, we will offer you one free design change.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Everything we create in our shop is personalized and created especially for our customers. If you have any questions, or concerns please reach out to us, don’t panic- we work for you.
We try hard to make sure this never happens – but in the unlikely event that it does, We will work with you to make it right. Please send us a photo of the issue within 24 hours of receipt.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We will offer a replacement of the same product at no cost to you. In order to expedite your case, please us a message along a photo of the damage and the shipping container and a description of the problem.
If your order is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete mailing address we will contact you via email. You will be responsible for reshipment fees. To prevent this from happening, please double check your address at check out. Within 30 days of being notified, if we have not heard back from you, you authorize JML Gifts to dispose of such merchandise.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our customizable products – returns and exchanges are not accepted. This is the reason we offer you a FREE proof, please review it carefully before you tell us to print.
TIMELINE & ORDER DETAILS
We will begin work on your order within in 1-3 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). Once the proof is approved by you, it will go to production. During the year our turnaround time is 3-5 business days. During the holiday season, it may be a bit extended due to the volume of our orders. We have a standard of excellence, and don’t want to rush through your job. But it is also very important that you receive your order in a timely manner. Therefore, it is important for you to get back to us with any changes as soon as possible.
Our customers are very important to us, because of you we are in business! We are here to answer any questions you may have and will provide you with the best customer care possible. You may reach us by email or phone, our hours are: 9 AM to 5:00 PM EST most days of the week, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our family time is very important to us and we do our best to not work in the evening and on the weekend.
